Description | The chapter presents the research aimed at the tasks and questions asked during the work with artistic texts in the literary lessons in the 6th-9th year of primary school. Using the method of content analysis, twenty-two literary lessons were analysed to verify the category system, made with the aspects of tasks and their realizations, and to state the predominant character of tasks. It was found out that the most of tasks were not creative, not intellectually demanding; the work with epic prose and poetry and its fictitious world predominated there; the tasks requiring emotional experience and literary terminology had very small frequency. The research results validated the hypothesis about small variety of real interpretative work with literature at primary schools. |
