| Description | Minimizing removing land from the agricultural land resources represents partial adaptation measure – a sustainable use of land as a key condition for adaptation to climate changes. Indirect tool for sustainable land use are levies for withdrawal of land from agricultural land resources. The paper analyzes the levies along with other environmentally land context through legislation, case law and opinions of experts in order to highlight the importance and the various aspects of this tool of blanket quantitative land protection. |
