Description | In this research great creative teacher development was identified during a training course in implementation of IBSE. Case study was used as a core research method within the project PROFILES in the European 7th Framework Programme. To increase effectiveness of science teacher training in innovative educational methods as IBSE, it is necessary to consider factors related to personal characteristics of the individual teacher-participants, especially creative personality traits, and reflect them in training courses. |
