| Description | This contribution focuses on recycliterature (recycled literature) which is a new kind of work inbetween literature and fine art. Recycliterature consists of two layers; visual and verbal. Both of them are equally participating in the formation of the meaning. The effect is created by cutting pieces of texts from books and gluing them to old photographs. After introducing the character of recycliterature, the analysis of content and form shows the exact experimental methods used and argues if it is even possible to consider recycliterature an experiment. The analysis also classifies recycliterature into the literature and fine art context with regards to its sources of inspiration, aesthetical evaluation, social aspects and its functions. |
