| Description | The aim of the presentation is to present an example of good practice of the Finnish educational program Towards Successful Seniority TM, which is named in the czech context as "Professional Seniority®" for the group of Master students of Andragogy and Pedagogy at the Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University. It is the first application of the method in the Czech university environment to a key target group of students whose aim is to support and develop the skills and competencies important for future employment and competitiveness on the labor market. |
