Description | Inclusive education is a process and schools around the globe are still in the process of implementing the inclusive ideologies. This paper is a literature review from various sources of terms like inclusive culture, inclusive principle, inclusive policy and inclusive practice. The review of literature analysis suggests that Inclusive education can be harnessed successfully in schools by creating inclusive culture, principles, policies and practices. This can only be strengthened when all the stakeholders in education start to collaborate together. The State, Districts, Ministry of Education, Schools, Leaders, Teachers, Parents and Students should all work cooperatively to meet the diverse needs of students in the schools and classrooms. Hence it is all about commitment, dedication, hard and smart work from the stakeholders to flourish inclusive education in our states and regions. |
