| Description | The lecture was created for the 1st Biennial Conference of the Czech Society for Aesthetics, which took place on 15th - 16th March 2018 at the Olomouc Museum of Art. The presentation briefly portrayed the life of Miroslav Tyrš and introduced one of his essays ("On the means to improve our artistic conditions" from the collection "On Art. Vol. I"), in which he dealt with the cultural conditions in Bohemia and proposed various popularization activities for their improvement. |
