| Description | The aim of the paper is to provide information about the proces and results of the evaluation project focused on the quality of pre-graduate teacher preparation in the innovated pedagogical-psychological module at the Faculty of Education at the Masaryk University.The article deals with the principles of the quality of teaching, which constitute the internal expectations and the social representation of teaching requirements set up by the Department of Education staff. In the cyclical evaluation project we are mainly interested in the problematics concerning the reflection of the teaching and learning culture in the courses of the pedagogical-psychological module. The empirical survey is realized at the end of each semester by using various methods and techniques, from the traditional paper form to the electronic version, yet the fundamental method seems to be a questionnaire which we constructed for that purpose. Based on the selected evaluated course, we illustrate the experiences with self-evaluation, emphasize the outcomes of the evaluation and the results of the subsequent pedagogical intervention. The fact that we focus on the qualitative aspect of the evaluation, enables us to identificate the strengths and weaknesses of the teaching process and helps us to use the results of the evaluation in practice in order to improve the teaching process. |
