Description | Dr. Sylvia Schachner, a PTSTA-E (Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst – in Education) lecturer, will lead the five-day summer school course of Educational Transactional Analysis. Transaction analysis helps people understand how their personality works in different situations, and why things happen to them in life. A basic understanding of transactional analysis enables one to understand his or her communication style as well as the communication style of others giving them the ability to consciously choose reactions. TA helps people make changes in their behavior and experience, such as resolving conflicts, achieving goals, or having better awareness of the content and form of our communication. The main goal of TA is to develop the autonomy of people in their life. |
