Description | The paper focuses on the issues of functional interconnection of theoretical knowledge about teaching with experiential learning during teaching practicum. The aim of research was to find out how students and mentor teachers create their views of a development of professional competences of students during three semesters of teaching practicum. The results confirm differences in heteronomous and autonomous assessment of professional competences and their development over three semesters. It also turn out that the assesment of the current state of their development alows formulation of goals for further development of students. |
