Description The study brings into perspective discourse the realization of cooperative activities in preschool education. This topic has not been at the center of research interest in the Czech environment yet. Therefore the aim ot the study is to reveal the effects of cooperative learning of preschool children on the main factors of preschool education, the preschool teachers. Data was collected through questionnaires verifying the inclusion of cooperative activities, which was a part of the project Support the preliteracy in preschool education. It was completed by 26 respondents. The results suggest that cooperative activities in kindergartens bring effects both towards children in form of complex development of key competences and towards teachers´reflection.
