| Description | The name of the Brno-based composer Pavel Zemek Novák is commonly referred to as one of the most distinctive and original Czech living artists. Apart from these questionable a priori validations of the artistic quality, we will try to show why it is objectively on the spot to do a research on this field in the context of Czech and/or Slovak musicology. Via defining the state of research there will be introduced individual methodological procedures and its potential issues in the field of research on the living artist, as well as a potential and ideal systematisation of inter-personal research on this field. |
