Description | In the article, the authors will, therefore, focus on the history of Czechoslovak primary education during the second half of the 20th century, approaching the topic on the two basic levels. The first level of interpretation focuses on macro-historical milestones that have had a crucial impact on the society‘s life as well as on the education. The second level of interpretation is devoted to microhistory. On this level, it is possible to demonstrate how multi-layered and difficult the reality of life of teachers in Czechoslovakia during the reviewed period was. |
