Description The goal of this report is to describe the form and development of school legislation in Czechoslovakia from the establishment of the Republic to its end followed by the origin of the so-called Second Republic in 1938 from the view of ethnic minorities. Attention is paid to the form of school legislation/ school systems: the possibility of the creation of schools for ethnic minorities and norms which had a strong impact on the schools or could be seen as important for them. The report also gives insight into particular types of school from the view of described issue.
