| Description | Active presentation at the panel disscussion: Currently, due to depopulation, the role of human capital as one of the most important factors of the country's economic development is becoming increasingly significant. European research centres are forced to undertake changes in their educational programmes. During the debate, the most important issues related to the adaptation of the education system to the needs of the market and to the preferred directions of economic development will be discussed.
