Description Chatbots (chat agents) are now quite a standard part of social networking or user support. Their creation may or may not require programming knowledge. They can serve as a very interesting learning tool in which topics such as computerized emotion management, dialog systems, APIs or artificial intelligence appear in a form that is relatively easy to understand and understand for students. At the same time, their creation can help with automated practice or personalized dialogue-based teaching.
