| Description | The presentation was focused on the challenges of the research on idiom variation across different varieties of English. One of the by-questions of the research relies to the way idioms can be investigated by means of language corpora as well as suggestions how these means might be made more effective. The presentation was dedicated to these challenges and possible ways how to overcome them. |
