Description | The paper presents the international project Be or not to be well? and selected research results on the topic of satisfaction and well-being. The aim of the project was to explore the potential of theater and drama education in teaching as a holistic approach to learning, which in addition to focusing on academic skills integrates and develops social and emotional aspects in pupils and teachers, thus contributing to well-being and improving the school climate. The method of self-reflection within the topic of well-being was used to explore and reflect on social and emotional aspects in the educational process. |
