Description The music workshop practically presented how listening activities could be structured even in the online environment, connected with the activity concept of music education for pupils of the lower grades of primary schools. Recommended methodological procedures of listening activities were presented, from the initial motivation, through the interconnection of the listening sample with the thematically selected song and subsequent practical activities supporting pupils' visual motor skills, expressive expression, and creativity. Variously conceived activities and accompaniments to the listening demonstration were introduced in practice – for example, movement accompaniments (body percussion, movement in space), accompaniments with percussion or commonly available everyday objects. There was also an inter-subject connection between Music, Art and Physical Education. In the final part of the workshop, there was a summary of listening activities within the Music Education at the Lower grades of primary school and a subsequent discussion.
