Description The article describes the Finnish concept of social pedagogy with an emphasis on model of multiprofessional cooperation. Social pedagogy has a dominant role in addressing social aspects of the lives of individuals, groups and society as a whole. The focuse in the text is on the welfare of the whole society, which is central to the functioning of the different target groups of social pedagogy in Finland.
