Description | The comprehensive educational approach against smoking was accepted by the Academic Staff of the Medical Faculty MU. In the 7-years period, the evaluation of the effects were organized in the 3 cohorts of medical students using the questionnaire in their 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th years of study. The significant improvement of knowledge about health risks of smoking was the first good effect of the intervention, followed by the increasing of anti-smoking attitudes and also by changes of smoking medical students prevalence (below 10% at the 6th year of study). |
