Description | The contribution explores the implication of alternative food networks for finding a more sustainable, equitable and healthy food system. Two concepts of relational space are used: Lefebvre s production of space and Foucauldian analysis of panoptic power and governmentality. The results show constitutive differences in the role the food plays in construction of diverse spaces of food, and values, generated by those spaces. |
