Description More than German? Can the potential of multilingualism be used in GLF lessons? In language didactic research, multilingualism is considered a resource to be strived for - in our field, it is mainly about institutionally acquired multilingualism, which should ultimately also take into account the individual multilingualism of each learner. This was the topic of an international Erasmus+ project entitled MALWE (Perceiving, Addressing and Utilizing Multilingualism in DaF and DaZ Teaching-Learning Contexts). In our workshop we will present and discuss the resulting products, which have been developed specifically for teaching GLF to beginners in Czech schools: Teaching scenarios on everyday topics, such as food, animals, Youtube, etc.
