| Description | The goal of the workshop is to present the issue of educational design research as a relatively new approach in pedagogical research that supports the role of reflective practitioners in the context of educational innovations. The potential of educational design research lies in the design and gradual development of effective educational interventions leading to the production of design principles, the critical development of a dominant theory, and the development of new theories. Besides, the workshop will deal with the methodology, results and design principles of educational design research of the English for specific purposes coursebook. The discussion will allow workshop participants to think about the possibilities of implementing educational design research within their field of specialization. |
