| Description | The introduction of digital programmes into the healthcare system is a highly topical issue. MOH's MindCare mobile app harnesses eHealth's potential to deliver psychological interventions to as many patients as possible while empowering patients to participate in their own health care. The effectiveness of the eHealth programme and the app itself is being investigated at Masaryk Cancer Institute as part of a clinical trial. The introduction of a mobile application in the context of routine clinical practice requires a comprehensive approach that takes into account technological, social and ethical aspects. Collaboration with a wide range of healthcare and non-healthcare professionals at different levels of specialisation is required. This paper aims to introduce the audience to the biggest challenges that researchers may face during the implementation of eHealth programmes in healthcare. Furthermore, some functional solutions that can be applied in this process will be presented. |
