| Description | The paper is based on an analysis of the pre-school curriculum. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the current situation regarding special nutritional needs of children in kindergartens. The authors highlight the most common food allergies and intolerances in preschool children, the special nutritional needs provided by kindergartens to these children and the issue of special nutritional needs from a legal perspective. |
