Description In the field of clinical research, the Czech Republic should be inspired by the West, comparatively large countries, such as the Netherlands or Denmark, already have a big lead over the Czech Republic. "Today, we are dealing with what happened to her ten years ago," pointed out in an interview for the Medical Tribune the head of the Institute of Pharmacology of Masaryk University doc. MD Regina Demlová, Ph.D. According to her, the Czech Republic must, for example, work on the professionalization of individual teams in healthcare facilities, take a firmer hold on the positions of study coordinators and motivate young doctors to see clinical studies as an attractive path for professional development.
