Description | As a part of a grant project of School of Social Studies MU Brno we have prepared a training program for teachers and other professionals working with children. The program aims to improve interpersonal communication and relationships among the participants of the classroom process. It may also be helpful for the integration of children with different socio-cultural backgrounds. Our program is inspired by Cooperative Discipline, a program by Linda Albert, an American educator and family counselor. The framework of the program is based on the principles of individual psychology of Alfred Adler. |
