| Description | On the verge of the new millenium a quite new phase in acquiring commercial digital information resources for the Czech academic domain occured. It was allowed by the Information Resources for Research and Development programme of the Czech Ministry of Education. For the period of 2000 - 2003 the programme would bring funding of nearly five hundred millions of Czech crowns for projects aimed at information resources acquisition and access services development. The article gives an overview of main activities and information consortia projects within the programme. |
