Description Only 3% patients from 90 males and females (age 7-26 yrs) had suspicious very low heart rate variability (HRV); 7% lower HRV, and 89% normal HRV. Nobody of them had echocardiographical or clinical marker of cardiomyopathy. The evaluation of the HRV spectral analysis as a screening method for the early anthracycline cardiomyopathy demands a sequel research.
