Description | The aim of paper is to propose some hypotheses concerning the influence of social work organisations approaches to clients on the credibility of social protection systems. Selected dilemmas od client-processing in social service agencies are described, the responses fo social workes to the dilemmas are examined and possible implications of thes responses on clients confidence in systems of social protection are discussed. |
