| Description | The study is concentrated on the research od primary school teachers from the gender point of view. Differences between the teachers women and men in motivation for teacher profession, in listing of school and aducational stressors and in procedures which are used by teachers to cope the stresses are mentioned. There are characteristics of social role which are expected by the teachers women and men from the view of the parents and pupils in the study. |
