| Description | The objective of the paper is to summarize hitherto assembled experience of the department with the application of new approaches to reconstruction operations of the extracranial circulation with emphasis on its most important part, i.e. the carotid circulation. The main feature of this approach is aneffort to increase the safety of the operation fot the patient at risk shich implies among others extension of indications for reconstruction surgery. |
