| Description | The Public Private Partnership (PPP) is a 20 years old idea of british origin. Public service is usually realized by a partnership of public guarantee and private funds. The project realization risk is optimally shared. Adjusting firms' interest in a short-term benefit and public interest in a long-term service is done by negotiating. The PPP model seems not to be realized soon in the Czech republic. |
