| Description | The aim of the article is to suggest modified quality standards usually used in social work environment applicable to the public employment services (PES) environment. This attempt we legitimate by already confirmed assertion that individual action plan, the new work method used on unemployed clients in PES for a few years is very similar to the task-centred approach, traditional method employed in social work. We supply a new tool supervising service quality to exercising by street-level bureaucrats in PES. |
