| Description | One of the solutions how to decrease the unemployment is the active labor market policy (ALMP), which realizes its programmes according to the diagnosis of the problems of the labor market. The effective instruments of decreasing the structural type of unemployment are retraining and the working mobility support. It is important to know their economic effectiveness. Measuring effectiveness of retraining is faced with many problems, which fundamentally influence effectiveness of retraining programmes. |
