| Description | The contribution describes the relationship between unemployment and number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Unemployment exists in all countries with market economy. In the Czech republic there is very different unemployment rate in various regions. The basic hypothesis of this article is, that low number of SME is one of many reasons of unemployment. It means, the lower number of SME in region is, the higher unemployment is there. |
