| Description | This article deals with social problem of youth unemployment at three levels. First, we justify the need for special research of long-term unemployed young people by employing life course theory. Second, results of foreign studies are summarised. And last, we present first findings of our own research in this area. In this qualitative research participated 16 long-term unemployed (8-30 months) young people at the age of 20-23. We try to answer the question: How did they choose their profession? |
