| Description | On spring 2004 the Identification Code Act was changed. This act had a fundamental influence on duties and discretions of citizens and executors of data. The paper deals on application of selected parts of the Act, especially related to information systems containig personal data, interpretation problems of several paragraphs and developed modifications of form and behavior of information systems at all. |
