| Description | The papers analyze the financial and economical aspects of the industry zone building in the small municipality. As the main analytical tool have been used the Cost-Benefit Analysis, the methodology is brief described in the opening parts. The financial analysis concerns the direct cost and benefits connected with the realization of the project and the municipality as the project holder. It has been analyzed the volume of the investment in comparison to the direct payments achieved and fiscal impacts on the municipality budget. Economical impacts of the project are shortly mentioned in closing parts of the papers. |
