Description The analysis of the journalistic style has proved the existence of the proverbs and phrasal idioms of all types. The usage is predominantly functional, intentional and motivated. The proverbs and phrasal idioms are the evidence of the expression stability or they make the tet more unique. In the text they are both onon-commented and commented onward they are clarified. Usually there is a change in the proverbs and phrasal idioms by the expression substitution or by the transformation of the proverbs into different semantic fields with unexpected denotations.
