Description Authors present outcomes of evaluation of predictive parameters in 217 patients with head and neck carcinomas. Clinical stage, ploidy and measure of realized proliferation influence overall survival and event free survival signifacantly. Apoptosis did not contribute to the prediction of EFS and OS as single factor, only positivity in bcl-2 and MMP9 was significantely related to overall survival.
