Description This article treats the relationship between HRM in the company and the company's performance. There are presented some researches that tries to approve this relationship and the conclusions resulting from them. Then I preset employee motivation, objective oriented behaviour, determining the individual job performance and the job satisfaction, as the possible mediator attitude variable of this relationship.
