Keywords Laser scanning – 3D model – airborne technology
Description Airborne laser scanning of Earth surface represent a powerful tool for construction of very detail 3D surface models. Using suitable technology it is possible to slice object above the terrain and calculate their volumes. At the present, data is being collected in parallel strips 100 m wide and these are bounded into final 32D model. Powerful airborne scanner provides users with huge data amounts requiring special processing technology.
