Description This study focuses on description of differences between real and virtual communication and also on a formation of "bein-guilty feelings" and a represantation of how such a behaviour is sensed by the other internet users. Data was collected by means of interviews with 16 participating informants including 8 girls and 8 boys, both aged between 12-20 years. The study reveals that the adolescents venture on doing things which they would not normally risk in the real life. Ambivalently perceived anonymity apperas to be the most meaningful factor - more privacy and more possibilities for experimentation at the expence of a mistrust feeling towards the other users. Another significant factor is a particularity of the internet environment in which the adolesents move, and which provides or, on the contrary, embarrasses their undesirable behaviour in the reality.
