| Description | The main goal of this paper is to answer a question whether the present definition of social policy in the Czech Republic and its practical realization lead to an increased competitive advantage of the Czech economy; that is the evaluation of the influence of social policy on extensive and intensive factors of economic growth. The starting point for achieving this goal is the characterization of social policy on the basis of theoretic analysis of redistribution processes (through defining the social situations in which the state participates on redistribution of financial resources). These theoretical findings are further used for an analysis of redistribution processes on the basis of tax and transfer system and Gini Coefficient on specific statistic dates of the family accounts in the Czech Republic. |
