Description An individual approach is a neglected pedagogical principle, which is engraved in the theory of searching for person's personality. The given theses present an overview of contemporary problems. Everyone who wants school to support the development of each pupil's individuality in order to become an environment that is attractive for both pupils and pedagogues deals with such problems.
