Description The article is focused on the questions of determination the appearances of the internal social environment in primary schools. It presents possible diagnostic instruments (which are suitable for screening the social environment). The author concentrates on the relational framework which is probably the most usable way to describe the school social environment. The article also presents some of the main theoretical and empirical projects that deal with the interrelations between different actors of the school events: the interactions between the pupils, the interactions between teacher and his pupils and interactions between the teachers and school management. The author also offers the possible method sequences, which are useful for analyzing the social environment of the primary schools. There are also mentioned the possible problematical aspects and perceived the limits of the theoretical resources and presented research methods.
