Description After the definitive overtrow of a Tatar yoke, the ruler ascending to the throne of will of the Mongolian khans was becoming a self-confident "gosudra i samoděržec vseja russkja zemli". In conjunction with this transformation he was becoming responsible to the God for all his empire.The ruler himself was deciding what he will or will not consider being evil and what will be his contingent attitude towards it.
