| Description | By using ideas of education and psychotherapy we compose a model of “healthy personality” that we use as a possible aim in education, or self-education. In the model, emphasized is conscious individual responsibility, long-life activity, will to acquire knowledge, conscious inclusion into social relationships, knowledgeable attitude to material environment, conscious relation to own tradition and cultural heritage and effort to achieve personal well-being and happiness. Researching teachers we find out what motivational factors support achievement of these aims. |
